 Deposit/Loan/Retail Support Specialist
 
 We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to manage the demand of many deadlines. This candidate will need to coordinate many activities, including but not limited to: preparing loan documentation packages for all areas of the bank; inputting new loans on the bank system; preparing and processing necessary loan disclosures; perfecting mortgages and collateral; printing daily reports; completing daily deposit balancing; verifying correspondent bank transactions; researching and managing levies/subpoenas/garnishments; and providing back-up for branch capture and review processing. Other occasional duties would include auditing new and closed deposit accounts, as well as being a customer point of contact for e-Banking services and debit card processing. 
 
 Familiarity with residential real estate regulations, secondary market programs and guidelines is a plus. The ideal candidate should have great time management skills, have an affinity for detailed work, and possess strong accounting and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as there is much customer and bank interaction. 

 

 

 Retail Support Specialist
 
 We are seeking a retail support specialist to support the Bank's retail sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess a depth of knowledge and experience in various deposit account applications, to include knowledge of various deposit account documents, debit card processing and documents, and branch proof/transaction items. The position entails many duties that require great attention to detail, making strong relevant computer skills essential. The candidate must be well-organized, be able to multi-task, and be good with maintaining and meeting deadlines. 
 
 Experience in all deposit banking products, including IRA's and HSA's, is desired. Additionally, a drive to learn and embrace all current and new technologies that the Bank offers and a desire to educate our customers of these technologies is a must. This position will be a main point of contact for our consumer and business online banking customers, as well as our mobile banking users.
