 Deposit/Loan/Retail Support Specialist
 
 We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to manage the demand of many deadlines. This candidate will need to coordinate many activities, including but not limited to: preparing loan documentation packages for all areas of the bank; inputting new loans on the bank system; preparing and processing necessary loan disclosures; perfecting mortgages and collateral; printing daily reports; completing daily deposit balancing; verifying correspondent bank transactions; researching and managing levies/subpoenas/garnishments; and providing back-up for branch capture and review processing. Other occasional duties would include auditing new and closed deposit accounts, as well as being a customer point of contact for e-Banking services and debit card processing. 
 
 Familiarity with residential real estate regulations, secondary market programs and guidelines is a plus. The ideal candidate should have great time management skills, have an affinity for detailed work, and possess strong accounting and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as there is much customer and bank interaction. 

 

 

Credit Analyst
 
We are seeking a Credit Analyst to support the Bank's Lending staff. The individual in this role will assist in ensuring quality underwriting of business and complex consumer loan proposals and reviews of credit transactions for submission to the Loan Committee.
 
Duties in this position will include analysis and interpretation of financial statements and the year-to-year comparison of data to write objective, interpretive conclusions regarding potential/existing borrowers. This individual will calculate risk ratings, perform annual credit reviews, complete real estate evaluations, and will assist with ALLL calculations and assessing overall credit portfolio concentrations.
 
The ideal candidate will have a four year degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting or bank work equivalent, where experience in business banking is a plus. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft operating systems, particularly Word and Excel, are a must. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to take direction and work independently to execute instruction, and requires the ability to handle highly confidential information. The position also requires clarity of conviction in support of the bank's current risk management tolerance. This individual will need to be organized and like to work with high volumes of detailed information.
